I've taken these photos of Alan from a book I have that includes the entire script of O Lucky Man!. Here's the cover:

(See what I mean about it being worn-out and falling apart? :p )

Now for the movie stills shown in the book. Here a shot of him on the set with director Lindsay Anderson

And here's one of him singing in the opening song

These next three are from my favorite part of the movie -- in which Malcolm McDowell, escaping
from the medical research facility, gets picked up by a van full of touring musicians,
who turn out to be -- GUESS WHO??

(this is possibly my favorite photo in the entire world)

    Mick: "Are you rich?"
Alan: "No, but me manager is."

These photos were included the "O Lucky Man!" press kits. They're 8x10 black & white glossys, and were intended for publication (along with movie reviews). Warner Brothers put out only 200 of these box sets, which included the LP, a full-sized lobby poster, a plot synopsis, biographies of the Lindsay Anderson, Alan Price and many of the actors, a schedule of preview showings across the US, and these photos. I'll try my best to upload more of these items in the near future. Best wishes, Tony

P.S. Double click on any of the photos to get an enlarged view.

That moment where Malcolm and Alan are chatting in the van is one of my favorite movie moments ever!
