Spreading The Word - Alan Price on VH1.com

I've just come from the VH1.com website, where there is a fairly comprehensive listing for Alan Price. (In addition, there are a few movie titles there that I had no previous knowledge of. I wonder if they're accurate.)

VH1 allows fans of artists (such as Alan Price) to post items onto a message board. I posted a short message, and included the website address for the APFF. Here is the link to that VH1 page:

Jean, VH1 also allows webmasters (only) to link their fan websites to the VH1 artists pages. I hope you'll consider doing so.

And to all of my fellow APFF members, please spread the word - by posting the APFF web address to any and all music related websites. Then, leave a message here so we can all go and admire your accomplishments.

I tried to register so that I could link APFF but couldn't do so because I don't have a zip code.
We have postcodes in UK - not quite the same, so it wouldn't accept.
I sent email asking how to sign on - awaiting reply.

(I did once post APFF on the Eric Burdon Forum but they were not
very pleased and deleted it - can't think why :cry: )

I will look for places to post a link - see what I can do

While searching YouTube's database for Alan Price videos, I hit upon the idea of posting a comment to each and every Alan Price video there.

And that's exactly what I did. I shamelessly plugged the APFF website on every Alan Price video clip currently on YouTube, so everyone watching the videos and reading the comments will easily be able to find us, and then join!

I do the same with every blogsite mentioning Alan Price that comes up on my google news alert. Not every "Alan Price" that's mentioned is our Alan, however. There's also a golfer, and a couple of corporate executives, and a surprising number of criminals by that name. :?

PS And funny thing Today I searched for some new info on AP and in Yandex's blogs the first two links were to my blogs actually %) so me trying to promote the Forum now) in both English and Russian XD

hollyh, I entered that second group and was a bit disappointed that it has so few people and almost nothing inside :(

Of course they have the APFF link it is the only forum about Price I came across in the Net. It's unique
